Overview
Specsavers Optical Group Ltd is a British multinational optical retail chain which operates mainly in the UK, Ireland, Australasia and the Nordic countries. The project was to create an appointment booking management system that would be used at the Specsavers stores, helping to optimise the optometrist's time and the store managers to resource staff according to the predicted demand.
