Overview
First Actuarial manages pensions schemes for companies. A colleague and I facilitated a Design Sprint to help them to define new self-serving products that they could incorporate into their catalogue of services.
Results
We had a five-day Design Sprint with all the key Stakeholders. The client was amazed by the result of the Design Sprint; they mentioned how we could sort in 5 days what they have been discussing for a long time. Then, as a group, we defined a new product that could then be iterated in a Discovery phase.
