Overview
Consolidated Edison, Inc., commonly known as Con Edison or ConEd, is one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the United States. A colleague and I facilitated a Design Sprint intending to define a digital solution for some of the challenges around the maintenance teams that ConEd has across New York.
